What help or guidance is there when I set up my interview/s?

Guidance is available at every stage of creating your interview. There are help tabs on every page. We also have videos that show you how to get the best out of TalentSee.com along with an interview wizard that will guide you through the interview process. And you can always email or speak to one of our friendly team.

What do you need from me to set up a free trial?

Just your name, company and email address.

What do you need from me to buy a subscription?

When you are ready to move onto a paying subscription all you need to do is choose which subscription level best meets your requirements then you can setup and pay for your subscription using a credit/debit card or pay via PayPal. Once setup and authorised your subscription will automatically renew and payment will be taken from your chosen payment method.

Do you ask for credit card details for a free trial?

No we don't as it is not necessary at this stage.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

You can then choose from one of our subscription plans. See the pricing page for full details

What happens to my interviews at the end of the free trial?

If you move to a paying subscription all of your interviews and settings will remain within your subscription.

Can I view the interviews after my free trial has expired?

No once your free trial has expired you will need a paying subscription to access your account and interviews.

Is there a set up fee?

No and there are no hidden costs.

Which platforms are best for creating and managing my interviews?

Right now you can fully manage your interviews and subscription on a laptop or desktop (Windows or Mac). Soon you will be able to do this on tablet or mobile device as well, we will let you know when this becomes available. Your candidates can complete their interview on any device - laptop, desktop tablet or mobile phone.

Can I have intro/outro videos in TalentSee?

Yes you can, you can upload a previously recorded video or record your video right there within the TalentSee interface.

What's the maximum time for the intro/outro videos?

5 minutes for each video

What is "Scoring and behaviour tagging"?

These features are designed to make it easier for you to assess each candidate's performance during the interview. The ability to score each answer and tag particular behaviours can be defined when you set up the interview. When recruiting for a certain vacancy there will be certain behaviours you will want candidates to demonstrate during the interview. You have the ability to tag indicators of these behaviours which will make assessing the quality of each answer much easier. You can then add scores for each of the answers.

What is "Candidate Reset"?

It gives you the option of resetting the candidate and inviting them again to do the interview. You might want to do this if they missed the deadline and you want to give them another chance or their device crashed halfway through the interview.

What is a "user"?

There are 3 types of user that you can have in your TalentSee subscription, the total number of users you can have depends on the subscription level you are signed up to. Users are typically your colleagues who will review and score the interview or others that you want to share completed interviews with.

What are the 3 types of User?

Administrator - has full rights over the subscription and can add users.
Recruiter - can setup interviews and add and invite candidates
Reviewer - can review an interview that they have been invited to review.

How long can the candidate have to answer the questions?

All of the timing parameters are determined by you when you set up the interview.

Can I generate email through the TalentSee platform?

The candidate invite to interview email is automatically sent through TalentSee. When you invite someone to review a candidate an email is automatically sent to that reviewer.

Free trial, what's the catch?

The trial does not require any commitment. We do not ask for credit card information and the plan will not auto-renew.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime. With TalentSee there are no contracts or long-term commitments.

How long are my interviews stored for?

By default, interviews are stored for 12 months. If you need to store your interviews for more than 12 months, please contact us.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime.

I'm not based in UK/Europe, does that make a difference?

TalentSee can adapt to suit your global recruitment needs with multi-language and time-zone functionality.
